- Verantwortung für alle Finanzthemen/-fragen eines dynamisch wachsenden Buy-and-Build Konzepts
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Planungs- und Budgetierungsprozessen (LucaNet)
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an Share- und Stakeholder
- Onboarding neuer Beteiligungen und Integration in eine heterogene Systemlandschaft
- Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Konzernbilanzierung und Investoren-Reporting
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Green Peak Value Creation Finance Team
- Mitarbeit an BI-Logiken, nichtfinanziellen Steuerungssystemen und spannenden Sonderprojekten

Deine Aufgaben:
Was Du mitbringst:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL oder eines verwandten Fachs
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Beteiligungscontrolling einer Gruppe, im Consulting mit Finanzbezug oder im Finanzbereich eines Private-Equity Unternehmens
- Kenntnisse in HGB-(Konzern-) Bilanzierung und Controlling
- Sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
- LucaNet- und PowerBI-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Analytische Stärke, konzeptionelles Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
