- You work closely with platform CEOs and managing directors of our portfolio companies to identify potential use cases for AI
- You analyze and structure the core business processes and value chains of the companies
- You identify AI use cases with high operational impact (e.g. in operations, service, or internal value creation workflows)
- You translate business potential into clear transformation initiatives and implementation roadmaps
- You document and structure processes and modules as the basis for technical implementation
- You provide functional leadership to the technical team to implement the identified solutions
- You support portfolio companies in the rollout and implementation of AI-supported processes
- You ensure that initiatives are focused on practical value and measurable operational impact

- 5–10 years of experience in tech, digital, or IT consulting (e.g. at a strategy consultancy, technology consultancy, or digital advisory firm)
- Experience in analyzing and implementing AI use cases
- A strong understanding of business models, business processes, and operational value creation
- The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new companies and industries
- Experience in the analysis, structuring, and documentation of complex processes
- Strong communication skills and confidence when working with top management and managing directors
- The ability to translate strategic ideas into concrete and actionable initiatives
- A strong understanding of technical solutions, with basic programming knowledge
- A structured, analytical, and pragmatic working style
